Refund and Returns Policy
Because our daigs are freshly cooked per order, we follow a no-return policy.
However, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Refunds or Adjustments are Offered If:
- Your order is significantly delayed (more than 2 hours late) due to our fault
- The daig was not delivered as agreed
In such cases, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photos/evidence, and we’ll make it right — either via refund, replacement, or discount on your next order.
No Refunds for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Delivery address mistakes made by the customer
- Delay due to incorrect contact info or unavailability at the time of delivery
